In this article, I talk about how COVID-19 has been a human experiment in exploring the (self)awareness or lack thereof, in people. I also discuss my own level of self-awareness and muse about whether it would be beneficial to be slightly less self-aware.
In this post, I talk about how i'm no expert when it comes to overthinking, anxiety or mindfulness. In fact I compare my overthinking to that of a toaster when it overheats or it's smoking. Recognizing I can be my own mental fire extinguisher to ruminating thoughts, and that I am a human in progress, helps me along in becoming a better person
