This is a 2 part blog series. Today's post outlines the irrational fault and guilt which I direct towards myself and what is it within myself that causes me to believe as such. Part 2 comes out next Monday.
In this post, I talk about how i'm no expert when it comes to overthinking, anxiety or mindfulness. In fact I compare my overthinking to that of a toaster when it overheats or it's smoking. Recognizing I can be my own mental fire extinguisher to ruminating thoughts, and that I am a human in progress, helps me along in becoming a better person
