Be grateful for YOU!⠀
It’s one thing to be grateful for your family, your partner, friends, whomever you trust and love, your pet, the roof over your head, the food you eat, your therapist, the fall colors and weather – but what about being grateful just for you?⠀
What about being grateful that you decided to create change? To improve something in your life, firstly for your sake (nothing selfish about that), but for the sake of others?⠀
Be grateful that you are willing to learn to become a better version of yourself, not for others, but for you!
I was going to put the “best” version of yourself originally, but better leaves wiggle room for continuous improvement – because I never want to stop improving.
