Journaling Is Makeup Remover for the Mind

The feeling of taking your make-up off after a long day.

I see journaling in a similar light – there’s a cleansed feeling that goes with it, you feel more fresh, more like yourself. Perhaps you put on a face or a front today – moods, emotions, or actual make-up. But it’s okay, you can take these things off, you can release your thoughts, you can lift the weight from your shoulders, you can ease your mind.

How does journaling make you feel? What are the senses or emotions you feel when you jot down what’s on your mind? How do you feel afterwards? Comment down below!
