We’re starting back at Day 1 of my Grounded Gratitude practice – April edition!
Hopefully you haven’t fallen for any April Fools pranks so far. This morning, my friend posted a photo of her 11 week old son lying next to their new pet snake, “Reginald”. It would be a strong understatement to say I thought she had truly lost her mind. Turns out I got punk’d.
- I am grateful for listening to music while cooking dinner.
- I am grateful for maintaining healthy eating habits.
- I am grateful for consistency in my stretching practice and getting back into yoga.
Maybe I should take into consideration practicing more mindfulness towards my naivety.
